1) What are your general thoughts/attitude about drug and alcohol abuse?

2) At what age do you think the people in the video began to use drugs? Why do you think they started?

3) Many people believe that these people caused their own probelms by abusing drugs and/or alcohol. Do you agree or disagree?

4) What part does mental illness play in their lives?

5) Can we/should we help drug addicted people? Do we have a moral obligation? How? What might work?

6) If we, as a society, decide NOT to help addicted people what might happen to them? What might happen to our society?

7) If you were elected Mayor of ___________________ TODAY, how would you help the addicted people in your community?
