WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US
How do you spend your free time? Youth only lasts a few short years. While it’s okay to relax and do nothing, imagine this: what if you found something you’re truly passionate about? What if you made amazing friends, created lasting memories, and gained valuable life skills along the way? And what if it all led to earning a globally recognized award?
The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a worldwide program that helps young people aged 14 to 24 challenge themselves, develop new skills, and grow beyond the classroom—regardless of gender, background, or abilities.
At Odd Squad Productions’ Award Centre, we offer a unique program that includes judo, something rarely found in other award centers. Through judo, you’ll not only build a strong, healthy body but also learn teamwork, respect, and the importance of discipline and rules. In the volunteer section, you can experience traditional wood chopping, use your own wood to learn woodworking with professional tools, and enjoy hiking in British Columbia’s stunning natural landscapes.
Discover your potential with us—beyond the limits of school and classrooms!

PREVIOUS JOURNEY
From June 21-23, 2024, OSP embarked on a challenging 3-day, 2-night hike to the Brian Waddington Hut. The trek featured a demanding 1,000m elevation gain, testing the resilience and determination of our group.
To prepare, our Youth participants completed a practice hike on a different mountain, where they successfully climbed 600m with fully loaded backpacks, building both their strength and confidence for the main journey.
